Welcome to Roots Chiropractic! We’re excited to help you take the first step toward lasting health and wellness. Our New Patient process is designed to be thorough, informative, and personalized so you feel confident in your care from day one.

 

Every patient’s story is unique, and we take the time to understand your health history, lifestyle, and goals before creating a care plan tailored specifically to you.

 

We will email you electronic paperwork upon scheduling your initial appointment. We ask that it be completed at least 24 hours before your visit to avoid cancellation.

What to Expect at Your New Patient Visit

Your new patient visit is designed to uncover the causes of your health concerns. Here's what you can expect:

  • Health History and Consultation - Time dedicated to understanding your unique health challenges and goals.

  • INSiGHT Scans - Three non-invasive scans to evaluate your nervous system and spinal function.

  • Examination - Includes range of motion testing, orthopedic and neurological assessments.

  • Digital X-Rays - Taken if clinically necessary (not performed on pregnant women or children).

  • First Adjustment - A personalized adjustment to start supporting your body's function and overall health.

This visit allows our doctors to gather all the essential information needed to guide your care and begin addressing the root causes of your symptoms. 

What to Expect at Your Second Visit

Your Second visit focuses on reviewing the findings from your initial exam and creating a clear plan for moving forward:

  • Report of Findings - We review your exam and scan results so you fully understand your health.

  • Care Plan & Financial Overview - A personalized plan outlining your recommended care and investment in your health.

  • Adjustment - The first adjustment as part of your ongoing care plan. 

This visit ensures you leave with a clear understanding of your care plan and the next steps to support your long-term wellness.

Insurance, Payment, and Office Policies

Roots Chiropractic is out-of-network with insurance, but we accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Upon request, we can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement.

 

Please note: due to federal regulations governing Medicare, we are unable to provide Medicare-covered services.

 

We also strive to make scheduling as simple as possible. Same-day appointments may be available for established patients.
