Dr. Michael and Dr. Lauren are a husband-and-wife team who both graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, the birthplace of chiropractic. They continue to pursue advanced education in Upper Cervical Care, and Dr. Lauren is certified in the Webster Technique for prenatal care.

Offering care for all ages, our goal is to educate each client about their body's ability to heal and regulate itself when the nervous system is free of interference. We want to empower people to make the best choices possible to create and maintain optimal health throughout life.

Tools, Techniques, and Testing

Before our doctors do any adjusting, they take very precise X-rays of your body (except for pregnant women and children). The next step is to do our thermography scans. We use state-of-the-art Tytron Thermography, which uses infrared technology, not radiation, to measure the heat on each side of the spine. The balance of heat is a relative indication of the symmetry in your nervous system. An imbalance of heat from one side of the spine to the other indicates interference within the nervous system.

Roots Chiropractic offers whole body care as well. Our doctors use Palmer's Package of adjusting techniques and Webster Technique. For our prenatal clients, we have pregnancy pillows to support your growing belly.
